both Houses; and the Question was put, whether the said Bill shall

Read the second time, and will pass; and being so Indorsed, was sent
to the Upper House, by Major Henry & Mr Dulany.
The Bill, entituled An Act for building a new Court House for
Cecil County; was Read the Second time and will not pass.
