Liber No. 34	On Motion that the Conferees of this House be instructed to propose to the Conferees of the Upper House, that a part of the Attorney ffees be Deducted by the Bill, entituled, An Act for amend- ing the Staple of Tobacco &c. the Question was put, Whether one fourth or one ffifth be proposed to be deducted from Attorneys ffees ? Resolved that one ffifth be proposed to be deducted.

Hyland. The Bill entituled, An Act for Repairing and Amending the pub- lic and County Goal &c. was Read the second time and will pass; and was sent to the Upper House by Mr Harris and Mr Mills. The Bill entituled, An Act for the Enlargement of Baltimore Town &c. was Read the second time and will pass; and was sent to the Upper House by Col. Hall and Mr Stoddert.
