of the aforesaid Arms supplied for that service, agreeable to the
Clauses in an Act entituled, An Act for Issuing and taking out of
the Office of the Commissioners or Trustees appointed for emitting
Bills of Credit, the sum of 4500l Current money, for Encourage-
ment of such able bodied ffreeman, as shall voluntarily inlist them-
selves into his Majesty's Service, for the intended Expedition against

Rendezvous: As also for replacing the said Sum, and for the better
regulating Ordinaries and Ordinary keepers; and for other pur-

Was brought in, Ingrossed; and Assented to, and Signed by Order
of the House; by the Honourable Speaker.
Col. Dashiel, and Mr Stoddert, were sent to acquaint the Gover-
nor, that this House hath prepared an Address to him, and desires
to know when and where he will please to Receive it. They return,
and Acquaint Mr Speaker, the Governor signified to them he was
ready to Receive the Address immediately in the Conference Cham-
ber. Col Dashiel, and Mr Mackall, were Ordered to present the
Address
The House adjourns 'til To Morrow Morning, 9 of the Clock.

The House met according to adjournment &c.
Messrs John and Richard Gresham, and Capt. Addison. appeared
in the House.
Col. Hammond, from the Upper House, delivers to Mr Speaker
the Bill, entituled An Act enabling and Requiring the Clerk of Balti-
more County to Record a Deed of Bargain and Sale, from Morgan
Murray, to Mary Stevenson &c. Indors'd By the Upper House of
Assembly, June 23, 1747, Read the Second Time and will pass the
following words being added thereto (see page 471)

Which Bill was read here, and with the Amendments proposed,
passed for Ingrossing.
A Bill, entituled, An Act empowering the Vestrymen, and Church
wardens of All Saints Parish, in Prince George's County, or of the
County wherein the said parish shall be, &c. was Read the ffirst and
second time, by an especial Order, and will pass; and was sent to
the Upper House, by Mr Wootton and Mr Stoddert.
An Ingrossed Bill, entituled, An Act to prohibit the Raising of
Swine and Geese, in Oxford Town, in Talbot County;
An Ingrossed Bill, entituled, A Supplementary Act to the Act,
entituled, An Act for laying out the Town a new, commonly called
Snow Hill Town, in Somerset County;
