On Motion of a member, that Leave be given to bring in a Bill to
prevent the raising of Swine and Geese in Princess Anne Town, in
Somerset County; Leave is given.
Mr Hammond from the Committee of Laws, delivers to Mr
Speaker an Address to the Governor, which was read, approved, and
Ordered to be Ingrossed.
Col. Hooper, from the Committee of Laws, delivers to Mr Speaker
an Address to the Governor; which was read, approved, and Ordered
to be Ingrossed.

The House met, &c. Capt. Ennalls from the Committee appointed
to Enquire into the Truth of the ffacts set forth in the petition of
George Plater Esqr delivers Mr Speaker the following Report; viz.
By the Committee appointed by the Honourable the Lower House
of Assembly, to enquire into the truth of the ffacts set forth in the
petition of George Plater Esqr and Elizabeth Calvert an Infant, by
Onorio Razolini, her next ffriend, June 15, 1747
Your Committee, upon Enquiry, do find the several facts set forth
in the said petition, to be true, to which petition they pray leave to
refer. And it is also made appear to your Committee, that the said
Mr Plater and Rasolini, ao Executors of Mrs Calvert, have obtained
Judgment and Condemnation of the Effects of Mr Hyde, in the
Provincial Court, for the full Sum of money Due from the said
Samuel Hyde, to them, on account of Miss Elizabeth Calvert, and
the Costs of Suit; and also that as much as was Due to the said
Mr Plater, has been likewise Condemned for his use, with the Costs
due to him on his Suit. They also take leave to represent the Agree-
ment mentioned in the said petition, which is in the words and
ffigures following, viz.
" Whereas George Plater and Onorio Razolini, have obtained at-
tachments out of his Lordship's provincial Court now sitting against
the Effects of Mr Samuel Hyde, of London Merchant, viz. George
Plater on his proper Account for the sum of 1932l 2s 7 1/2d Sterling
and George Plater and Onorio Razolini, as Executors of Rebecca
Calvert, Widow, Deceased, for the sum of 1596l 13s 9d, Sterling.
And Whereas it is agreed by the said George and Onorio, to share
equally whatever may be Condemned of the Effects of the said
Samuel Hyde (that is to say) the said George to have one Moiety,
or half part; and the said George and Onorio, Executors as afore-
said, the other Moiety or half part, and not in proportion to our
Claims; and to pay equally between them all ffees and Charges that
have or may Accrue on the said attachments, and not in proportion
to their Several Claims. To the performance of which Agreement,
we do hereby Bind ourselves, our Heirs Executors, Administrators
