put, whether it shall be given as an Instruction to the Committee
of Laws, in preparing a Bill for the Regulation of the Staple To-
bacco, to pursue the plan of the Virginia Law, so near as it cor-
responds with the particular Interest of this Province; or to prepare
a Bill for destroying Trashy Tobacco, by a Burning Law? Resolved,
That it be given to the Committee of Laws as an Instruction, in
preparing a Bill for the Regulation of the Staple Tobacco to pursue
the plan Virginia Law so near as Corresponds with the particular
Interest of this province
