Read the second time the Bill Entd an Act for issuing Writs of
Replevin out of the County Courts of this Province and will not pass
sent by Samuel Chamberlain Esqr

Read the second time the Bill entd an Act for laying out one Acre
of Land convenient to Rock Creek standing on Potowmack River
the Land George Gordon now lives on and for building a Rolling
house thereon passed and sent by Colo Hammond.

Read the second time the Bill Entituled an Act to divide Prince
Georges County and to erect a new one by the name of Frederick
County, And the Bill Entd an Act to divide Dorchester and Queen
Anns Countys and to erect a new County out of the Upper part
thereof by the name of Prince Williams County and will pass, the
Words from and after the 29th day of September which shall be in
the Year of Our Lord 1746 in 5th Line of the Ist Page being left out,
and that a Clause be incerted that this Act shall not take Place until
his Lordships Pleasure be known sent by Colo Hollyday
Mr King & four others from the Lower House bring up the
Journal of Accots thus subscribed
25 September 1745
Read and Assented to by the Lower House of Assembly.

An Engrossed Bill from the Lower House by Messrs Wootton
and Lecompte Entituled an Act to direct and impower the Clerk of
Prince Georges County to enter and Record among the Records of
the said County a Deed of Bargain & Sale from John Nevile William
Collyer and Thomas Bond to John Boyd of a tract of Land therein
mentioned thus subscribed
