Land, shall be and is hereby Declared and Enacted to be remain and
continue Vested in him the said Francis Waring and the heirs of
his body lawfully begotten for ever anything in the Deed of the said
Thomas Greenfield to the Contrary Notwithstanding and for want
of such heirs to the heirs of the afd Basil Waring and Martha his
Wife Daughter of the said Thomas Greenfield according to the Ex-
press words true intent and meaning of the afd Deed of Gift by him
the said Thomas Greenfield to the said Basil Waring and Martha
his wife & the heirs of their body Lawfully begotten made and Pro-
vided And be it hereby further Declared and Enacted that the said

Francis Waring and the heirs of his body Lawfully begotten shall
and may from hence forward at all times have hold and enjoy the
said Lands and premissecs according to the Express words true in-
tent and meaning of this Act saving to his Lordship the Lord
Proprietor his heirs and Successors and all Bodies Politick and Cor-
porate and all others Except the heirs of the said Basil Waring and
Martha his Wife and of the said Thomas Greenfield their Several

and respective rights

Chap. XII

An Act to Direct and Impower the Clerk of Prince Georges County
to enter and record among the Records of the said County a Deed
of Bargain and Sale from John Nevil William Collier and Thomas
Bond to John Boyd of a Tract of Land therein mentioned.

Whereas John Boyd of Prince Georges County by his Petition
to this Generall Assembly hath set forth that he is possessed of a
Parcell of Land containing one hundred and Sixty Acres being part
of a Larger Tract of Land called Turkey Thickett Lying in Prince
Georges County afd which was Conveyed to him by John Nevil
William Collier and Thomas Bond by Indenture bearing Date the
ninth Day of February in the Year of our Lord one thousand Seven
hundred thirty and two and the same Day acknowledged by the said
Parties and their Wifes before Messrs Turnor Wootten and William
Murdack then Justices of the said County That he has paid the Con-
sideration money in the said Deed mentioned and that being ignor-
ant in the premisses he has omitted recording the said Deed by which
means his Estate in the said Land is rendered precarious and the
more so as the parties to the said Deed are in parts unknown to him
and has prayed that an Act may pass Impowering the Clerk of Prince
Georges County to record the afd Deed and that such recording may
have the same Effect as if done within the Space and Term of six
months from the Date of the Deed afd all which being fully and
clearly made appear to this Generall Assembly it is therefore prayed
that it may be Enacted And be it Enacted by the right Honourable
the Lord Proprietary by and with the advice and consent of his
Lordships Governour and the Upper and Lower Houses of Assem-
bly and the authority of the same that the Clerk of Prince Georges
