County shall and may and is hereby authorized and required to
receive the Deed af^d from the af^d John Nevil William Collier and
Tho^s Bond to John Boyd and the same to enter among the Records
of the said County together with the Acknowledgement and Receipt
thereon and the same Deed being so Recorded within the space of
six months from the end of this Session of Assembly shall & is
hereby Declared to be good and Valid in Law and that the Estate of
the said John Boyd of and in the said Peice of Land Granted men-
tioned and intended by the said Deed shall and is hereby Invested &
Confirmed in and to the said John Boyd his heirs and assigns as
fully and amply to all intents and purposes as if the Deed af^d with
the acknowledgement thereof had been recorded within six months
after the Date thereof. The Neglect of Recording the same accord-
ing to the time limitted by a former Act of Assembly or any other
matter or thing to the Contrary notwithstanding saving to his most
