Which being read the House concurs therewith.
Ordered, that Dr Carroll, Col. Colvill, Col. Hooper, Mr Nicholas
Goldsborough, Mr Bordley, prepare an Address to the Governor, on
the Subject matter of the said Report.
And ordered, that the Clerk deliver to the Commissioners for
emitting Bills of Credit, established by Act of Assembly, a Copy of
the said Report, and acquaint them, that this House requires their
Compliance therewith
