Monday Morning, September 23. 1745

The House met according to Adjournment, and the Proceedings
of Saturday were read.
The Bill entituled, An Act to restrain Non-Residents from hunt-
ing within this Province, and to prevent the Mischief occasioned by
setting the woods on Fire, Indorsed (See page 44)
Was sent to the Upper House by Col. Hooper and Mr Barnes.
The House adjourns to 2 of the Clock

On Motion of the Chairman of the Committee of Accounts, A
Question was put, Whether his Lordship's Council, as a Council of
State, shall have any Allowance made them in the Journal of Ac-
