name of Col. Rider's Mill, and with the said Creek to the Head
thereof, and from thence with a streight Line to the Head of Kakias
Creek, and down and with the said Creek into Choptank River, and
down the said River to the mouth of Tuckahoe Creek and all the
Lands included therein to be erected into a new County.

All which is humbly submitted to the Consideration of the House.

Mr Harris delivers Mr Speaker a Bill entituled An Act to enable
the Commissary General to enter and record, amongst the Records
of his Office, the last Will and Testament of Henry Staples deceased,
for the Purposes therein mentioned; which was read the first and
second Time by especial Order, passed, and sent to the Upper House
by Mr Harris and Mr Barnes.

William Stoughton Esqr delivers Mr Speaker a Bill entituled An
Act for Limitation of Officer's Fees, which was read the first Time,
and Ordered to lie on the Table.
Col. Hammond from the Upper House, delivers Mr Speaker a
Petition of Joseph Gwin, praying an allowance may be made him for
his negro man Martin, who was committed for a Felony, and died
in Goal, before Tryal.
Which Petition the House taking into Consideration Resolved,
that the Petitioner have an Allowance of £60 in the Journal of
Accounts
Daniel Dulany Esqr from the Upper House, delivers Mr Speaker
the Bill entituled, An Act for Settlements of Lands therein men-
tioned, on Francis Waring, and the Heirs of his Body lawfully
begotten, Indorsed (See page 41)

Which Bill was here read, and passed for ingrossing.
James Hollyday Esqr from the Upper House, delivers Mr Speaker
a Petition of John Boyd of Prince George's County, praying that
an Act may pass, to enable the Clerk of the said County Court to
record a Deed from John Nevill, William Collier, and Thomas
Bond, to the Petitioner, for Part of a Tract of Land called Turkey
Thicket, Indorsed, (See page 41)

Which Petition was here read and granted.
William Stoughton Esqre delivers Mr Speaker an Ingrossed Bill
entituled, An Act for the Trial of all Matters of Fact in the several
Counties where they have arisen or shal arise.
The House adjourns 'til To-morrow Morning 9 of the Clock.
