Merchant in London; and likewise order whatever Ballance shall
remain in the Hands of the said James Buchanan, his Executors or
Administrators, into the Hands of him the said William Hunt, who
is hereby impowered to transact, pay, and apply the same manner,
as he the said James Buchanan is herein before directed.

Saturday Morning, August 24. 1745
The House met according to Adjournment, All members present
as yesterday, except Mr Barnes, The Proceeding's of yesterday were
read.
Wm Stoughton Esqre brings in a Bill, entituled, An Act for lay-
ing out the Town a-new commonly called Princess Anne Town in
Somerset County; which was read the first Time, and ordered to lie
an the Table.
Mr Harris hath Leave of the House to go out of Town
On motion of a member for Leave to bring in a Bill for the Trial
of all matters of Fact in the several Counties where they have arisen,
or shall arise; Leave given, and Ordered, That the Committee of
Laws prepare and bring in a Bill accordingly.
Resolved, That the Governour's Message, in Answer to an Ad-
iress of this House concerning the one Pound of Tobacco per Poll,
