Messrs King and Sprigg from the Lower House acquaint his Excel-
lency that there is a sufficient Number of Members met to make a
House and wait his Excellencys Commands
Benjamin Tasker and George Plater Esqrs are sent to acquaint the
Lower House that his Excellency requires the Speaker and the House
to attend him in the Upper House
The Speaker and Lower House attend and his Excellency is pleased
to make the following Speech
Gentlemen of the Upper and Lower Houses of Assembly
His Majesty having given Orders for the Equipping and setting
forth of an Expedition, against the Territories of the Catholick King
in the West Indies, and having been pleased to send his Royal Instruc-
