Whereas Isack Iliue being possessed of 200 Acres of Land called
Beauer Neck, was disturbed by meanes of ffrancis Brooke pretending
a Graunt from the Lord Baltemore & power from him, w^ch doth not
appeare to this Court. It is therefore Ordered th^t M^r Philip Conner
Comder of the Isle of Kent, shall cause the Sheriffe to giue the s^d
Isaack Iliue quiett posses" of the s^d Land, & th^t those th^t depossess't
the s^d Isaack Iliue shall pay Cost of suite.
(W^ch Report notw^thstanding) The Judgm^t of the Court is th^t the
s^d Salter being outed of his plantaon, must needs susteine much
dammage & losse; & therefore ought to have dammages allowed him.
And doth thereuppon Judge & order That the Dammages formerly
assessed att th^t County Court on the 20^th of July as afores^d amounting
to 5444^l Tob, shall not be allowed as assessed by a Court who had

not cognizance of soe greate a summe. But th^t in roome & stead
thereof the s^d Thomas Sowth shall pay to the s^d John Salter One
Thowsand pownds of Tob & Cask damages & Costs of suite from
the time of the surrender of the Gouerm^t. And doth likewise further
Order th^t the former Judgm^t att the Court held att Cap^t Thomas
Bradnox howse in Kent County on the 20^th of July 1658 as afores^d
shall for euery p^eticular thing ells stand in full force.

then Ordered (uppon the Petⁿ of Cap^t Thomas Cornwaleys) th^t
James Lindsey giue in, an Account of M^r Will^m Nugents Estate att
this Prouinciall Court.

And whereas likewise att the same Court p^o Martij Symon Ouerzee
Petitioned agst the s^d James Lindsey for paym^t of I200^l Tob due
from Symon Antonio, whose admistrato^r the s^d Lindsey is, W^ch
Cause was respited to this Court. The s^d Lindsey not appearing
eyther by himself e or Attorney, & the Court being ready to breake
up. Ordered th^t the Pet^rs haue Judgm^t uppon default according to
their Petitions. The Gou^r appoynted the next Prouinciall Court to
bee held in Anarundell County on the 20^th day of June next.
