can make appeare by seuerall depos^ns prouing the s^d Will.
Yo^r Pef therfore humbly craueth this hon^ble Court would be
pleased to take into their Charitable Consideraon yo^r Pet^es condicon,
being a Seruant, And th^t yo^r Pet^r being the lawfull Exequutrix of the
s^d White & solely concernd' in the Estate, Vppon proofe of the Will,
order of Court may be possesd' of the s^d Estate & yo^r Pef shall
pray &c :
Samuel Packer aged 24 yeares or thereabouts Sworne & examined
this 2^d day of Octob^r 1658 Sayth.
That about the middle of Octob^r last past, comming to Will^m
Marshalls to worke, he found there Thomas White deceased killing
a hogge & amongst other familiar discourse, hee told this Depon^t th^t
hee was crasye & desyred to eate some fresh prorke, saying I thinke
I shall haue noe great occasion to kill any more: & taking this Depon^t
by the Sleeue sayd, the rest are Margaretts if I dye, & further sayth
not.

And Vppon this & other oathes produced, & formerly Recorded,
there could not bee proofe made of the will.

Vppon the Petⁿ of Thomas Gerard Esq^r demanding One Thow-
sand pownds of Tob & Cask, By a Note produced w^th seuerall names
att itt: imploying & sending downe him the s^d M^r Gerard as Burgesse
to S^t Maries June 14^th 1652.
It is Ordered th^t the Pet^e haue fiue hund^d pownds of Tob & cask,
To be equally payd him, by the Subscribers of the s^d note, & to be
gathered up by the Sheriffe together w^th the Country Leauies.

That yo^r Pet^r & Cap^t Rich: Banks being left Trustees or Ex-
equuto^rs of the late Estate of M^r Thomas & M^rs Margarett Hattons
both deceased, Haue by & w^th the consent of the s^d M^rs Hatton's
Children bargayned & sould unto the wo^ll Philip Caluert Esq^r the

howse & howses, as allso the Land late in the possesⁿ & occupaon of
the s^d M^r Hatton, That is if in case this hon^ble Court shall thinke fitt
to allow thereof the s^d M^r Hatton in his Will, leauing the Legality
of the s^d Saile, unto the confirmaon or disallowing of this hon^ble
Court.
