read, the first Time, And Ordered to lye on the Table.
The House Adjourns untill Monday Morning Eight of the Clock.

The House met according to Adjournment &c.
The Bill Entituled an Additional & Supplementary Act to the
Act for regulating Prosecutions in Criminal Cases &c. Was read
a Second Time; And referred for Consideration of Next Assembly.
The Bill Entituled an Act for Discharging and paying Protested

bills of Exchange and Other Sterling Debts by Gold and Silver, was
read a Second Time and referred to the Consideration of next As-
sembly.
A Bill Entituled an Act explaining part of an Act Entituled an
Act Directing the Payments of fees arising due on the Prosecution
of White Servants was read the first time and Ordered to lye on the
Table.
The Question was put that a Bill be brought in for raising a Duty
of three Pence p Hogshead for Anns and Ammunition. Resolved
in the Negative.
