Mr Attorney from the Upper House Delivered to Mr Speaker the
Bill for Relief of Anthony Parker Patrick Reily and Cleborn Lomax
Indorsed. Read a Second time and passed. Which bill was read
here & Passed for Ingrossing.
Benjamin Tasker Esqr from the Upper House Delivered to Mr
Speaker the Bill for Erecting a Town on the west side of Great Chop-
tank River &c. Indorsed, Read the second time; and will not pass.
The Bill Entituled an Act for laying out and Applying three
thousand five hundred Pounds Current Money of Maryland for the
Uses therein Mentioned.
Read the first and second Time by Especial Order & Passed.
Sent to the Upper House by Mr Beale, Mr Crabb, and Mr Hammond.

an Act for laying an Imposition on Tobacco by the Hogshead for
Support of Government and for payment of his Lordships Quit
Rents and Alienation fines for the time therein Mentioned. Was

sent to the Upper House by Mr Dulany and five more.
The House Adjourns untill Two of the Clock in the Afternoon.
