Ann arundell & Prince Georges County's to make the Main branch
of Patuxent River Navigable &c. The paper Bill Entituled a Supple-
mentary Act to the Act Entituled an Act for laying out a New
Benedict Leonard Town &ca And the Paper Bill Entituled an Act
for Emitting Ninety Thousand Pounds &c. Indorsed Severally.
The Engrossed Bill whereof this is the Original is read and As-
sented to.
The Ingrossed Bill Entituled an Act for Relief of poor Distressed
Prisoners for Debt read & Assented to.
The Journal of Accounts read & Assented to.
The House Adjourns untill to Morrow Morning Eight of the
Clock.

The House met according to Adjournment &c.
The Journal of the Committee of Accounts were sent to the
Upper House by Mr Beale and three more.
An Ingrossed Bill Entituled an Act for the Relief of Poor
Prisoners for Debt &ca Read and Assented to. And sent to the Upper
House with the paper Bill by Collo Hanson and Mr Sheredine.
Benja Tasker Esqr from the Upper House Delivered to Mr
Speaker the Bill Entituled an Act to Continue an Act Entituled an
Act for raising a Duty of three Pence p Hogshead &c. Indorsed.
Read a Second time & Passed. Which bill was read here & Passed
for Ingrossing.
The following Message, [This message is printed at page 43.]

Was sent to the Upper House by Collo Gale and Mr Magruder.
Collo Ward from the Upper House Delivered to Mr Speaker the
following Message [This message is printed at page 43.]
Mr Beale, Mr Crabb, and Mr Hammond Appointed to join the
Members Appointed by the Upper House in laying out five Hundred
pounds in Publick Buildings &c.
The House Adjourns untill Two of the Clock in the Afternoon.

The House met according to Adjournmt &c.
An Ingrossed Bill Entituled an Act Reviving and Continuing
an Act for raising a Duty of three Pence p Hogshead &ca Was read
& Assented to and sent to the Upper House with the Paper Bill by
Mr Beale and Capn Dashields.
A Bill Entituled an Additional and Supplementary Act to the
Act for regulating Prosecutions in Criminal Cases and to restrain
