A Bill Entituled an Act to Continue an Act Entituled an Act for
raising a Duty of three pence p Hogshead on All Tobacco Exported
out of this Province for the uses therein Mentioned, was read the
first and Second time by Especial Order and Passed. Sent to the
Upper House by Mr Gumming and three more.
A Bill Entituled an Act for the Relief of Anthony Parker Patrick
Ryley and Cleborn Lomax Prisoners in Charles County Goal, was
read the first Time and Ordered to Lye on the Table.
The House Adjourns untill Two of the Clock in the Afternoon.

sent to the Upper House by Collo Hanson & Mr Middleton.
