A Bill Entituled an Act for laying an Additional Duty on New
England Spirits and upon Wines Imported from New England and
also a Duty upon Syder to Defray the Publick Charge of this Prov-
ince, Was read the first Time; and Ordered to lye on the Table.
Collo Ward, John Rousby and Benja Tasker Esqr from the Upper
House Delivered to Mr Speaker the Address Ingrossed and the
following Message. [This message is printed at page 38.]
The House Adjourns untill to Morrow Morning at Eight of the
Clock

Wednesday April 4th 1733
