The House met according to Adjournment, the Members were
Called over, & all present as yesterday, the Proceedings of Yester-
day were read
Collo Herrman a Representative of Cecil County appeared in the
House this Day.
The Petition of St Stephens Parish in Cecil County referred for
hearing on Monday.
Phillip Lee, Esqr from the Upper House Delivered to Mr Speaker
a Petition of Several Inhabitants of the Upper Part of Prince
Georges County which by Indorsement is referred to the Considera-
tion of this House, the said Petition on reading here Referred to the
Consideration of next Session of Assembly.
Benjamin Tasker Esqr from the Upper House Delivered to Mr
Speaker the Petition of William Fell of Baltimore County in behalf
of Edward Fell which by Indorsement was recommended here by the
Upper House.
On reading the said Petition, Mr Beale, Mr Crabb, and Mr
Hemsley are appointed as a Committee to inspect the Several Alle-
gations therein Contained.
Mr Dulany from the Committee of Laws, brought in the heads of
a Bill for a Paper Currency.
Ordered, that no Petitions be received after Thursday next.
The Members were Called & all present as yesterday the Proceedings
of Yesterday were read.
The House Adjourns untill to Morrow Morning Eight of the
Clock.
