Edmond Jenings Esqr delivers the Bill Entituled an Act to Alter
the Times for holding the Assize and Provincial Courts & Indorsed
and read the second Time and will not pass.
The House Adjourns till two of the Clock in the afternoon.
Post Merediem. The House met according to Adjournment.
An Ingrossed Bill Entituled an Act for Erecting a Town in Kent
County on the South Side of Sassafras River &c read ascented to
Sent to the Upr House by Mr Wilson and Mr Hall. George Plater
Esqr from the Upr House Delivers the following Message. [See
page 427.]
The Journal of Accounts read ascented to and sent to the Upr
House by the Committee of Accounts.
The House Adjourns untill Monday morning at 7 a Clock.

The House met according to Adjournment all present as Yes-
terday.
The Question was put that an Allowance be made to the Councill
of State for their Attendance since September 1733 Resolved in the.
Negative.
