On Perusal of the Two Journals of Accounts sent up to this house
We find an Omission of the Allowances to the Council of State,
which perhaps might be by some Mistake; therefore We have sent
the Journals back to your house in Order to have the Allowances
inserted, which being done, the Journals will pass
