Dashiel, One Entituled an Act for the Payment of a Sum of money
to Andrew Ramsay Henry Maccaul and William Gordon of Glas-
gow in the Kingdom of Great Britain Merchants
2^d An Act ascertaining the Gauge and Tare of Tobacco hh^ds and
to prevent cutting cropping and defacing Tobacco taken on board
Ships or Vessels upon freight
3^d An Act to cut off the Entail of a Tract of Land lying in Dor-

chester County called Andertons point containing One hundred and
Eight Acres and to Entail in Lieu thereof One hundred and Eleven
Acres of Land lying in the said County being part of a Tract of land
called Richardsons Choice
4^th An Act for the further Assesment of twenty thousand pounds
of Tobacco on the taxable Inhabitants of Durham Parish in Charles
County to be applied to the finishing of a new Church in the said
Parish already begun to be built
5^th An Act for the further Assesment of so much Money on the
taxable Inhabitants of King and Queen Parish in S^t Marys and
Charles Counties as will build a new Church in that Part of the
Parish which lies in St. Marys County for the repairing of Newport
Church in the same Parish and to appoint a Time for the Freeholders
to meet in Order to choose a Place to build the said Church upon
6^th An Act for the building a Court house and Repository for the
Records in Leonard Town in S^t Marys County
7^th An Act Entituled an Act to render the navigation up Patux-
ent River above Queen Anns Town in Prince Georges County more
easy and effectual
8^th An Act to cut off the Entail of a Tract of Land containing
One hundred and thirty Acres lying in Dorchester County being part
of a Tract called Goodridges Choice and to entail in Lieu thereof
a Tract of Land called the Hope containing fifty Acres also another
tract called the Addition to the Hope containing One hundred and
seventeen Acres both lying in the said County of Dorchester, w^ch
said Bills were severally thus subscribed
