Act Entituled an Act for raising a Duty of three pence p hh^d on all
Tobacco Exported out of this Province for the uses therein men-
tioned, and with the following Amendm^ts will pass, the word, and
between Government and are to be left out, the Provisoe in the bill
to be omitted, and the following one inserted Provided nevertheless
that in Case the said Samuel Ogle should Dye or be removed from
being Governour before the said 29^th of September 1736 that then
at the end of the next Session of Assembly which shall happen after
such Death or removal as aforesaid, this Act shall be void to all
