On reading of the Report of the Conferrees in Relation to the Bill
Entituled an Act for the releif of Poor Prisoners for Debt, this
House agrees to the Amendments therein proposed

A bill from the lower house by Mr Gumming & 3 more Entituled
an Act to continue an Act Entituled an Act for raising a Duty of
Three pence p hhd on all Tobacco Exported out of this Province for
the uses therein mentioned thus Endorsed

Read the first & second time by an Especial order and will pass.
