Four Engrossed Bills from the Lower house by Mrs Hanson &
Matthews One Entituled an Act reviving and continuing an Act of
Assembly of this Province Entituled an Act for the Speedy Recovery
of small Debts out of Court before a single Justice of the Peace
2d An Act to continue an Act Entituled an Act for raising a duty
of three Pence p hhd on all Tobacco exported out of this Province
for the Uses therein mentioned
3d An Act to continue an Act of Assembly of this Province
Entituled an Act for the better Relief of poor Debtors
4th A supplementary Act to the Act Entituled an Act for emitting
and making Current ninety thousand pounds Currt money of Mary-
land in Bills of Credit & to restrain gome evil Practices of Sheriffs
under Colour of the said Act committed severally thus subscribed

28th April, 1736
Read & assented to by the Lower house of Assembly
