Matthews One Entituled an Act reviving and continuing an Act of
Assembly of this Province Entituled an Act for the Speedy Recovery
of small Debts out of Court before a single Justice of the Peace
2^d An Act to continue an Act Entituled an Act for raising a duty
of three Pence p hh^d on all Tobacco exported out of this Province
for the Uses therein mentioned
3^d An Act to continue an Act of Assembly of this Province
Entituled an Act for the better Relief of poor Debtors
4^th A supplementary Act to the Act Entituled an Act for emitting
and making Current ninety thousand pounds Curr^t money of Mary-
land in Bills of Credit & to restrain gome evil Practices of Sheriffs
under Colour of the said Act committed severally thus subscribed
