Read the second time the Bill Entituled an Act reviving and con-
tinuing an Act of Assembly of this Province Entituled an Act for
the speedy Recovery of small Debts out of Court before a single Jus-
tice of the Peace, and passed, & sent by Philip Lee Esqr
Read the second time the following Bills, One Entituled an Act
to cut off the Entail of a tract of Land containing One hundred and
thirty Acres lying in Dorchester County being part of a tract of Land
called Goodridges Choice and to entail in Lieu thereof a Tract of
Land called the Hope containing fifty Acres, also another tract
called the Addition to the Hope containing One hundred & Seven-
teen Acres both lying in the said County of Dorchester.
2d An Act to cut off the Entail of a Tract of Land lying in

Dorchester County called Andertons Point containing One hun-
dred and Eight Acres and to Entail in Lieu thereof One hundred &
Eleven Acres of Land lying in the said County being part of a tract
of Land called Richardsons Choice
3d An Act for the Payment of a Sum of Money to Andrew
Ramsay Henry Maccaul and William Gordon of Glasgow in the
Kingdom of Great Britain Merchants
4th An Act to render the Navigation up Patuxent River above
Queen Anns Town in Prince Georges County more easy and effec-
tual, and passed and sent by Col Ward
A Bill from the Lower house by Mr Key and five more Entituled
an Act to remedy some Defects in an Indenture of Bargain and Sale
made and executed by Michael Curtis and Sarah his Wife late of St
Marys County deceased unto Charles Carrol Esqr late of the City
of Annapolis deceased thus Endorsed
