Read the second time the Bill Entituled an Act to continue an
Act of Assembly of this Province Entituled an Act for the better
relief of poor Debtors, and passed with the following Provisoe; Pro-
vided that this Act or the Act hereby intended to be revived shall not
extend, nor be construed to extend to exempt any Person or Persons
whatsoever from the Payment of his Lordships Quit Rents Aliena-
tion Fines or Other Dues & Duties payable to his Lordship the Lord
Proprietary or his Governor for the time being for his or their
sole Benefit in any Species or Manner to which such Person or
Persons would have been lyable if this Act had never been made;

Col Hanson to join any Members Your House shall appoint a Com-
mittee to enquire into the State & Condition of the Arms and Am-
munition and the Accounts relating thereto
