412 Assembly Proceedings, April 20-May 6, 1736.

6th An Act enabling the Commissioners or Trustees for emiting
the Bills of Credit established by Act of Assembly to pay to the
Representatives of several Counties the Sum of five hundred pounds
Each
7th An Act to continue an Act for raising a Duty of three Pence
p hhd on all Tobacco exported out of this Province for the Uses
therein mentioned; and passed & sent to the Lower house by Edmd
Jenings Esq.
Four Bills from the Lower house by Mrs Hemsley and Trippe
One Entituled an Act to cut off the Entail of a Tract of Land lying
in Dorchester County called Anderton's point containing One hun-
dred & Eight Acres and to Entail in Lieu thereof One hundred and
Eleven Acres of Land lying in the said County being part of a Tract
of Land called Richardsons Choice
2d An Act to cut off the Entail of a tract of Land containing
One hundred and thirty Acres lying in Dorchester County being part
of a Tract called Goodridges Choice and to entail in Lieu thereof a
tract of Land called the Hope contg fifty Acres also another tract
called the Addition to the Hope containing One hundred and seven-
teen Acres both lying in the said County of Dorchester
3d An Act to render the Navigation up Patuxent River above
Queen Anns Town in Prince Georges County more easy and
effectual
4 An Act for the Payment of a Sum of money to Andrew Ramsay
Henry Maccaul and William Gordon of Glasgow in the Kingdom of
