House and Repository for the Records in Leonard Town in St
Marys County.
An Ingrossed Bill Entituled an Act, Reviving and Continuing An
Act of Assembly of this Province Entituled an Act to prevent Cut-
ting up Tobacco plants Destroying of Tobacco and Tobacco Houses
and for Ascertaining the Punishment of Criminals guilty of the
said Offence Severally read and Asserted to Sent to the Upper
House by Mr Goldsborough.

Indorsed, read the second time and will pass, the word Choice In-
stead of Hope being Incerted in the fourth line of the last Page,
which Bill passed with Amendment for Ingrossing.
George Plater Esqr from the Upper House Delivers Mr Speaker
the Bill Entituled an Act, for the further Assessment of 20000
pounds of Tobacco on the Taxable Inhabitants of Durham Parish
&c. read the second time and Indorsed, passed, which Bill here
passed for Ingrossing.
Michl Howard Esqr from the Upper House Delivers Mr Speaker
the paper Bill Entituled an Act reviving and Continuing an Act of
Assembly of this Province Entituled an Act to prevent Cutting up
Tobacco Plants &ca The paper Bill, Entituled an Act, for the Build-
ing a Court House and Repositary in Leonard Town in St Marys
County and the Paper Bill Entituled an Act reviving and Continu-
ing an Act, for the Speedy Recovery of Small Debts, Severally
Indorsed, The Ingrossed Bill whereof this is the Originall is Read
and Assented to.
