334 Assembly Proceedings, March 19, 1735/6 - April 10, 1736.

Courts within this Province and to enlarge the time for taking out
Executions; passed, the Word, being, in 4th Line of 3d Page to be
left out, and the following Words inserted, which hath been given
pursuant to the Act for holding the Assizes and Provincial Court
or shall be given Sent by Philip Lee Esqr
A Bill from the Lower house by Mr George and Wood Entituled
a Supplementary Act to the Act Entituled an Act to encourage the
Adventurers in Iron works thus Endorsed

By the Lower house of Assembly 29 March 1736
Read the first time and ordered to lye on the table

Gentlemen
In Order to fall into General Measures for the Advancement of
the Paper Currency, this house agrees to the Conference proposed
in your Message of this Day by Messrs Hooper and Hammond and
hath appointed Col M: Tilghman Ward Philip Lee and Edmund
Jenings Esqr to join such Members as your House shall think fit to
appoint
