Read the second time the Bill Entituled an Act relating to the
placing and building a Prison in Somerset County; passed and sent
by Edmund Jenings Esqr
Read the second time the Bill Entituled a Supplementary Act to
the Act Entituled an Act to Encourage Adventures in Iron Works ;
and passed, the Words, in Actual Service, between not, and, are, in
the ninth Line of the Second Page being inserted; sent by George
Plater Esqr
A Bill from the Lower house by Mrs Key and Read Entituled an
Act for the further Assesment of so much Money on the Taxable
Inhabitants of St Marys and Charles Counties as will build a new
Church in that Part of the Parish which lies in St Marys County
and for the repairing of Newport Church in the same Parish and to
appoint a time for the freeholders to meet in Order to chuse a Place
to build the said Church upon thus Endorsed
