sacred Majesty has been pleased to take & the Cognizance the high
Court of Chancery of England now has of the Dispute between the
Proprietaries relating to the Bounds, yet several violent Attacks have
been made on Our Borders, and Inhabitants of this Province im-
prisoned: Wherefore this House thinks it proper to address His
Lordship upon this Occasion and desires to know if your House will
joyn in such Address
