Satisfactory to his Lordship, And an Ease to the people we represent
we beg leave to Intreat your Excellency's good Offices with his
Lordship on this Occasion.
We make this Application to your Excellency with the greatest
Hopes of Success, because you are thoroughly Acquainted with the
Circumstances of the People; and have on every Occasion during
your Administration, shewn all Possible regard and Concern for
their Welfare: which was Read, Approved And Ordered to be In-
grossed.
The Address to the Governour Ingrossed was brought in, Read
and Signed by the Speaker in behalf of this House.
The House Adjourns Until two of the Clock in the afternoon.

Saturday Post Meridiem
The House met According to Adjournment &c
Mr Wright Appeared in the House this afternoon
Richard Francis Esqr & Mr Benjamin Mackall sent to Acquaint
the Governour, this House hath prepared an Address to him and
Desireth to know when & where he will receive it.
They return and Acquaint Mr Speaker, he will receive it Im-
mediately in the Conferrance Chamber.
Col Gale and Twelve More sent to present the Address.
Ordered that Daniel Dulany Esqr & Capt Robert Gordon take Bond
from Col Samuel Young with two Sufficient Sureties in the Usual
Sum for the due Execution of his Office as Treasurer of the Western
Shore and that the Bond when Executed be Lodged in the Secretarys
office
The following Report (Viz)
By the Committee of Aggrievances & Courts of Justice on their
Inspection into the Publick Records 19th April 1735
Your Committee having Inspected the Proceedings in the Secre-
tarys Office, Do find in the Record Books of Judgments there are
several Blanks left for Judgments to be Entered which are therein
Mentioned to be so left for want of Declearations being filed.
We also find that Mr Vachael Denton was sworn Clerk of the
Provincial Court the Eighteenth Day of July 1718 That after being

sworn Clerk he Entered Several Judgments which Ought To have
been done by Mr John Beale his Predecessor in the said Office Con-
taining 315 folios in Lib V D No 3 And also Alphabetted four of the
said Mr Beales Books of Judgments.
We further find that the Judgments appear to be regularly Entered
by the said Mr Denton from the time he was Sworn into the said office
till within October Court 1725 Except in those Causes where Declara-
