Mr Mathews from the Committee of Agrievances Delivers Mr
Speaker the following Report.
By the Committee of Agreviances and Courts of Justice pursuant
to the Order of the Lower House for Inspecting the Publick Records
April 17, 1735
Your Committee having Inspected the Records in the Commissarys
Office, And also the Report of the Committee of boath Houses of As-
sembly made on the Thirteenth Day of June 1730 in Relation to the
Inventories Missing in the said Office and not Recorded. Do find
that Pursuant to the Order of Boath Houses on the said Report Mr
Vachel Denton hath Entred in A Book by him prepared for that
purpose, Such of the Inventories Contained in the List of Inventories
Missing Annexed to the said Report of Which the Originals were
Lost dureing the Time William Beckingham was Clerk Under the
said Mr Vachel Denton then Register of the Commissarys office as
he Could hitherto procure Copies of which Are as follows :
Thomas Wilmot of Calvert County, Nicholas Vandergrift and
Roger Larimore of Cecil County, Mathew Riner And William
Worrell of Kent County, Samll Handy of Somerset County

That all the Inventories in the List Annexed to the said Report of ;
those that were found in the Office & not Recorded are by the said
Denton Likewise Entred in the same Book that the Remaining In-
ventory Then Reported to be Missing, we do not find Recorded
And Your Committee having Inspected the Records of the said
Office, Do find that on all the Estates for which Inventorys were
returned that were Reported in the List herein Referred to be Miss-
ing Accounts are past and Recorded Except :
