Talbot County John Wharton, Benjamin Johnson, And John Houl-
der of Sommerset County
We also Have further Examined the said office in which the Prin-
cipal part of the Business is from the Returns that are daily Made
by the several Deputy Commissary's that the wills Inventories And
Accounts are Regularly Recorded until May Last 1734, that the
Original papers Appear to Your Committee to be Carefully pre-
served and Laid up in Distinct Bundles of the Differant Proceedings
in the said office so farr as they are Heather to Sorted which is in
the year 1731. And that the Record Books in the said office Are
in Good Order And Repair

were Read Over.

that the Amendments proposed by the Upper House to the Bill En-
tituled an Act for Raising Three pence p hhd for Arms & Ammuni-
tion be Agreed to Resolved in the affirmative.
