A Bill Entituled an Act to Confirm the Last Will And Testament
of Rebecca Calvert Widow Deceased who was the Relict and Admin-
istratrix of the Honourable Charles Calvert Esqr Deceased And to
Enable the Executors therein Named to Execute the said Testament,
According to the true Intent thereof was Read the first Time, And
Ordered to Lie on the Table.
The Bill Entituled A Supplementary Act to an Act Entituled an
Act Laying an Imposition on Negroes &c Read the Second Time
passed and sent to the Upper House by Mr Smith And Major Sprigg.
The Governour Communicated to This House the following
Answer.

Gentlemen of the Lower House of Assembly
I have Pursuant to your Address Delivered to me Yesterday


Given Directions to the proper Officer to Lay before you the Accounts
