Bill Entituled An Act for Regulating Ordinary Keepers &c. In-

The Petition of Thomas Marshall was Read and thereupon
Ordered that Mrs Pile have Notice thereof And that if she hath any
Objections to the Granting the Petition she attend this House on
Thursday next to Make them appear.
The House Adjourns until two of the Clock in the Afternoon.

Thursday Post Meridiem.
The House Met According to Adjournment &c.
Col John Mackall a Representative of Calvert County Appeared
in the House this afternoon.
Mr Mackall and Mr Smith sent to the Upper House to see him
Qualified they Return and Acquaint Mr Speaker They Saw him
Qualified by his taking the several Oaths to the government Required
by Law and Signing the said Oathes, and by repeating and Signing
the Test.
George Plater Esqr from the Upper House Delivers Mr Speaker
the Bill Entituled an Act to Cutt of the Entail of Two Tracts of
Land in Baltimore County the One Called Morning Choice &c. In-
dorsed, Read by the Upper House the Second Time and passed,
which Bill was Read here and passed for Ingrossing.
The Question was put Whether this House Agrees to the Amend-
ments proposed by the Upper House to the Bill Entituled an Act for
Regulating Ordinaries &c or not.
Resolved in the Negative.
