Entituled an Act for licensing Pedlars & Hawkers thus Endorsed

By the Lower House of Assembly 10th April 1735
Read the first Time & ordered to lye on the Table

Read the first Time in this House & ordered to lye on the Table
Read the second Time the Bill an Act impowering the Rector
Vestrymen and Church Wardens of King and Queen's Parish in St
Mary's & Charles Countys to purchase two Acres of Land in the sd
Parish in St Mary's County to build a Church on and for raising a
Fund on as well to compleat the said purchase and building as to
repair Newport Church in Charles County within the said Parish
and with the following Amendmts will pass after the Word Parish
in 2d Line of the last Page to the word Cent, in 5th Line to be left
out and the following Words inserted the sum of five hundd pds Currt
Mony to be paid by the Parishioners by the 10th April yearly; and
in 13th Line of the same Page the words Tobo or to be left out
