Read the second Time the bill entituled an Act for relieving Sun-
dry Inhabitants in this Province from the Charges of Prosecutions
in not burning Tobo in pursuance of An Act of Assembly entituled
an Act for Emitting & making Current ninety thousd pds Current
mony of Maryland in Bills of Credit and passed, ordered to be so
Endorsed, and sent to the Lower House by Col Ward
Adjourned until Monday Morning nine of the Clock

Ordinaries & for the better regulating of Innholders and Ordinary
Keepers within this Province and passed ordered to be endorsed &
Sent to the Lower House by Col Ward
An Engrossed Bill from the Lower House by Mrs Stoughton and
Hall Entituled an Act for relieving Sundry Inhabitants within this
Province from the Charges of prosecutions for not burning Tobo in
pursuance of An Act of Assembly entituled an Act for Emitting &
Making Current ninety thousd Pounds Curr' Money of Maryland
in Bills of Credit thus Subscribed

14th April 1735
Read & Assented to by the Lower House of Assembly
Signed p order M Macnemara Ci Lo Ho.

Read & assented to by this House and ordered to be so Subscribed
the Paper bill so Endorsed is sent to the Lower House by George
Plater Esqr
Read the Bill Entituled an Act for Naturalization and with the
Amendments made thereto passed for Engrossing
An engrossed bill from the Lower House by Mrs Tilghman &
Hooper entituled an Act to confirm the last Will & Testamt of

Rebecca Calvert widow decd who was the Relict & Administratrix
of the honble Charles Calvert Esqr decd and to Enable the Executors
therein named to execute the said Testament according to the true
Intent thereof thus Subscribed
