An Engrossed Bill from the Lower House by Mrs Hooper & Belt
entituled an Act to cut of the Entail of two Tracts of Land in Balti-
more County the one called Morning's Choice the other Morning's
Choice Addition & to Entail in Lieu thereof part of Vulcan's Rest
in Cecil County thus Subscribed

12th April 1735
Read & assented to by the Lower House of Assembly

he may have Leave to dispose of the said Lands and rejected
A Bill from the Lower House by Mr Key & three others entituled
an Act concerning Ordinaries & for the better regulating of Inn-
holders & ordinary Keepers within this Province thus Endorsed

Read the first & Second Time by an especial order & will pass

pass after the Word Foreigners in the Eighth Line add his her or
their Child or Children & this Clause to be added before the Pro-

that it shall & may be Lawful for any Person or Persons as shall
be named in Such Patent at his her or their own proper Cost &
Charge to have such Patent recorded in the Secretary's office and
that an Exemplification of the Record of such Patent under the
