The following Message Sent by George Plater Esqr
By the Upper House of Assembly 11th April 1735
Gentlemen
This House having considered your Message by Col Gale & Mr

of the Country and has ordered a Table of them to be registered
in the Council office & as such an Establishmt in our opinion is
strictly legal and by the same Authority by which our Courts of Jus-
tice are erected; we think it unnecessary to appoint any of this House
to join with the Gentlemen in the Message for the Purpose therein
mentioned
Signed p order M Macnemara Ct Lo. Ho.
