A Bill for Removing Charles County Court House was read the
first time & ordered a Second Reading Which was read a Second
time and Past, which was so Endorst.
And a Bill for Relief of Edward Kitton Read Ut Supra & En-
dorsed & sent to the Upper House by Cap" Dent and Mr Warfield.
They Return & say they delivered them
Ordered that Mr Beale and Mr Worthington go to the Upper
House to see Daniel Dulany Esqr Qualified. They return & say
