Gentlemen
This house being of opinion that the Act Entituled an Act for
raiseing a Duty of three pence p hhd and appropriateing three half
pence out of the three pence p hogshead afd to the use of Charles
Calvert Esqr our late Governour needeth no Explanation and there-
fore this house think the Explanatory Act for that Purpose trans-
mitted to us from your house to be unnecessary
