The Lower House. 399


Coyns Gold or Silver made at a Session of Assembly begun & held
at the then Town and Port of Annapolis the Twenty Sixth day of
March Anno Domini 1707 which was read the first & Second time
by Especial order and Passed and Sent to the Upper House by
James Holliday Esqr and Mr Thompson who return and say they
Delivered the same.

The House Adjourns untill to Morrow Morning at 8 of the Clock.

The House met According to Adjournment the Members were
Called and all were Present as Yesterday.
The Proceedings of Yesterday were read over
Mr John Young Absent Yesterday Appeared in the House this
Day.
The Petition of Mr Bartholomew Ennalls of Dorchester County
was read and rejected.
Phillip Lee Esqr from the Upper House Delivered to Mr Speaker
a Bill Entituled an Act to Prevent the untimely Killing of Deer
Indorsed thus.

By the Upper House of Assembly July 15th 1729.
Read the first time and ordered to Lye on the Table
Signed p Order Jno Ross Cl. Up. Ho.

And thus Indorsed Viz.

By the Upper House of Assembly 16th July 1729.

Read a Second time & will Pass.
Signed p Order. Jno Ross Cl. Up. Ho.

The Bill Entituled an Act to Prevent the untimely Killing of Deer
brought here from the Upper House was read the first time and
ordered to lye on the Table.
Mr Joshua George from the Committee of Laws delivered to Mr
Speaker a bill Entituled a Supplementary Act to the Acts for regu-
lating Writs of Error and granting Appeals from and to the Courts
of Common Law within this Province which was read the first time
and Ordered to Lye on the Table.
The House Adjourns untill 2 of the Clock in the Afternoon.

Wednesday at 2 of the Clock in the Afternoon

The House met According to Adjournment. The Members were
Called and all Present as in the Morning.
