and we Will Endeavour to Provide against the Inconvenience your
Honr Mentions in the Act Concerning Appeals, as well as Explain
(to the best of our Understanding) such other Laws as shall Ap-
pear to us, to be Ambiguously or Imperfectly Expressed for as Your
Honr Justly Observes, Consulting Cautiously how to make Laws
without being Carefull in Penning them will Avail Little.
We will make the best Provision we Can to Secure the Publick
Records from Accidents and Use our Utmost Endeavours to Acquit
our Selves in the Service of our Country as becomes Loyal Subjects
and honest Men.

Which being read twice was unanimously approved of by the
House and Ordered that Daniel Dulany Esqr Employ some Person
to Ingross the same.
John Hall Esqr from the Upper House Delivers to Mr Speaker
the Petition of Christopher Gardiner of Baltemore County Indorsed
thus.

By the Upper House of Assembly 11th July 1729

Read and referr'd to the Consideration of the Lower House of
Assembly.

Ordered that Mr Parks Print the Proceedings of this House on
the Same Terms as he did Last Session.
Mr Joshua George a Representative of Cecil County Appears in
the House this Day.
Mr Phillip Kennard Mr George Willson and Cap" Ebenezer
Blackistone three of the Representatives of Kent County Appear in
the House this Day.
Mr Roger Matthew a Representative of Baltemore County Ap-
pears in the House this Day.

The Petition of Christopher Gardiner referr'd here from the
Upper House was read and rejected.

Daniel Dulany Esqr brings into the House the Address to the
Govr Ingrossed which being read is approved and the Speaker by
Order of the House Sign'd the Same.
Whereupon John Beale Esqr and Mr Gordon are ordered to go
and Acquaint the Govr that this House hath prepared an Address
to his Speech and is Desirous to Know if he is at Leasure to receive
the Same, they return and Acquaint the House with the Delivery
of their Message and that the Govr will be ready to receive the Same
in half an hour.
The Address of this House to the Govr was Sent by Daniel
Dulany Esqr Mr Key Mr Samuel Hanson Mr Magruder Mr Crabb
