dress the Governor in Conjunction with you pursuant to the Report
of the Conferees appointed by both houses to settle a friendly Cor-
respondence with Our Neighbours the Virginians & hath appointed
Mr Dulany Coll Gale Mr Jenings & Mr Samuel Hanson to join any
Members of your house to prepare the sd Address

Read the first time the Bill Entituled an Act for improving the
Staple of Tobacco & Ordered to lye on the Table
Read a second time the Bill Entituled an Act for the Relief of
Creditors to prevent frauds and Deceits occasioned by secret Sales
& Mortgages and Gifts of Goods and Chattels & Ordered to be
thus Endorsed

By the Upper house of Assembly 28th July 1729
Read a second Time and will pass

Sent to the Lower house by Philip Lee Esqr
Adjourned till two of the Clock in the Afternoon

Gentlemen
In Answer to your Message of this Day by Coll Gale Mr Jenings
and Mr Samuel Hanson this house hath appointed Philemon Lloyd
and Philip Lee Esqr who are ready to joyn the Members appointed
by your house for the Purpose contained in the sd Message at the
house of Mr George Neilson immediately
