Read the second time the Supplementary Act to the Act for re-
lieving the Inhabitants from some aggrievances in the prosecution
of Suits at law which is ordered to be thus endorsed viz.

By the Lower House of Assembly October the 24th 1728.

Read the second time and will pass with the same Proviso as in
the former Act for this purpose.
