proved by us as by the said bond transmitted to the Secretary's
Office referrence being thereto had may more at large appear.
We have Likewise Administred an Oath to the said Jones and
to the man that he has employed for the faithfully transcribing
the said Records according to the Condo of the bond Afd And
we have on behalf of the Country Signed Articles of Agree-
ment that the said Evan Jones shall be paid by the Publick
According to the Agreement made with him as afd.
All which our Proceedings are humbly Certified and laid
before your Honrs for your Informacon and approbation in
the premisses by,

The house meet according to Adjournment Present as in
the Forenoone.

Brought down from the Come of Laws an Engrost Bill for
the Security of Mary Smithson In the payment of a Debt due
from the Estate of Colo Thomas Smithson to the Free schoolls
Which was read and ordered to be thus endorst viz:

June the 8th 1717.

Read and Assented to by the Lower House of Assembly &
Signed p Order Mic: Jenifer Cl: Lo: Ho:

And sent to the Upper House by Mr Rousby & Mr Young

They returne and say they Delivered it.

Mr Harris from the Come of Laws Delivers Mr Speaker an
Engrost Bill for the relief of George Walls which was read
and Ordered to be thus endorst viz.

June the 8th 1717.

Read And Assented to by the Lower House of Assembly,
and Signed per Order
